Accounting Staff
Accounting Staff assist the Finance Department by recording transactions, assisting wit budgets, handling accounts payable, processing sales invoices and collaborating within the Company to ensure accuracy of financial records.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or related field

1 year of work experience in a related field

Familiarity with accounting software

Strong Time Management skills
-
Being able to handle multiple priorities and adjust to changing business conditions

Strong knowledge of the whole Accounting process; Processing of payables, Processing of sales invoice
Coordinator
The coordinator will oversee the daily operations and administrative functions of the agency, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients, staff, and external partners. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and provide exceptional support to the agency's projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:

Graduate of any four (4) year course

With at least one (1) year experience as Coordinator preferably gained from a Logistics and Manpower Agency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Can work with minimal supervision
