Delivery Rider
The Delivery Rider will be responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery of parcels to customers within the assigned area. The role requires a responsible and customer-oriented individual who can manage daily delivery routes, handle parcels properly, and maintain good communication with customers and the operations team.
Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate

With or without experience as a Delivery Rider
-
Must have a valid Driver’s License
-
Must own or have access to a motorcycle

Familiar with using navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze

Familiar with the assigned delivery area is an advantage

Physically fit and willing to work on field

Good communication and customer service skills

Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual

Willing to work under minimal supervision

Must be able to handle and deliver parcels properly and safely
Backroom Personnel
The Backroom Personnel will be responsible for supporting the daily warehouse and hub operations by handling, sorting, organizing, and preparing parcels for dispatch. This role requires a hardworking and detail-oriented individual who can follow proper handling procedures and maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications:

At least High School Graduate

With or without experience in warehouse or backroom operations

Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling parcels

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required

Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures

Good organizational and time management skills

Keen to details and can work accurately

Responsible, hardworking, and trustworthy

Can work with minimal supervision

Experience in logistics, warehouse, or parcel sorting operations is an advantage
